"Ashley helped me sell a home in Fremont when I was a remote seller. The first day that the house was on the market there were seven showings lined up, and I ended up accepting an offer on day one. However, accepting an offer does not mean that all the work is done. After the buyer's appraisal and inspection, there were small to-do's that needed to be dealt with. As I was not living in the house, she was the one who took control of those issues, and engaged the appropriate professionals to address each concern in a very expeditious manner.
